Knowing that food is what brings people together and makes them happy motivates me every day as I chop vegetables, process aromatic herbs, prepare sauces, and wash the dishes.
I am a hands-on, visual learner who has experience working both the front and back of the house in restaurants. I enjoy bringing new dishes and ideas into our kitchen and think there is nothing more beautiful than a quality chopped mirepoix!
