Meet Dillon

My work at the Institute includes taking care of properties on and off our main campus, maintaining buildings and grounds, and performing set ups and tear downs for our many events. I especially enjoy seeing the difference of “before” and “after,” and making these spaces beautiful for everyone to enjoy. I’ve worked as a diesel technician and a groundskeeper and have an associate degree in diesel technology.

I enjoy spending time with my family and our two dogs. My interests include fishing, gardening, working on equipment in my barn, camping, and just being outside enjoying the weather.
