It is our natural rhythm to slow down and be more reflective in the winter months. Join Cynthia and Kristin for a weekend of Yin Yoga and Meditation to support this contemplative season as we dive deeper into witnessing the body and mind connection through slow movement and stillness. During this retreat, we will hold the intention to be present, open, and accepting as we experience what is and what may be arising as we head toward spring. No previous yoga experience is necessary -- all are welcome.
