This one-day retreat at WindHill will help affirm the pureness of our souls; that primal place within us which is not wounded. Through Nature Therapy, SoulCollage® and Sound Meditation, it is our hope that participants are able to express and experience the return to the wild place of their souls. Albert Einstein wrote, “The intuitive mind is a sacred gift, and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.” We want our participants to reclaim their intuitive souls. The natural beauty of GilChrist and reverence for beauty will be experienced through Nature Therapy; compassion and gratitude will be experienced through Sound Meditation; and creativity will be experienced through SoulCollage®.

Coffee, tea, and small snacks will be provided; please bring your own lunch. There is a kitchen, oven, and a microwave oven available on the premises.

Please note: Folks with deep brain implants for epilepsy or Parkinson’s and folks with very rare frequency triggered migraines shouldn't do sound meditations (also known as "sound baths").
