Start your new year with introspection and recommit to self-care practices! With the deep letting go and awareness of silence, we see into the core of our hearts and experience the rich knowingness of peace and harmony. From co-facilitator Marti Jeffs, “Heart-based meditation is effortless and deeply relaxing, and results in great benefits on many levels. Our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies are enhanced and healed with regular meditation practice. Studies show improvement in enhanced immunity, lower blood pressure, improved digestion and intestinal issues, improved skin conditions, decreased inflammatory conditions, emotional balance, enhanced memory and intuition. My personal experience has been one of deep peace and an inner knowing that all is well.”
