In solidarity with state, national, and global efforts to slow the spread of the coronavirus, GilChrist will be closed to all guests from March 15 through April 5.
Participants are invited to join in open sharing circles, guided meditation, chakra balancing techniques, journaling & reflection space and more. Topics of exploration will be circled around honoring the cycles and rhythms of the body, emotions and energy levels. It is our intention that each participant feels accepted, supported and held-for in the highest level of honor and respect. This retreat is barrier-free and open to all who feel connected with the intentions we've expressed.
