Meet Janelle
I support staff by helping them learn how to use our tech tools efficiently and by helping my department keep those tools functioning at their potential.
I love what I do. I enjoy being able to work directly with almost all our staff and knowing that this supports the work we do as a whole. I help people during stressful times and appreciate their dedication and willingness to work with me when things might not be working for them.
I’ve been at the Institute since 2006. I have an administrative assistant associate degree and am working on an IT support technician associates to advance my skills to benefit our daily work.
I am a wife and a parent who loves camping, music, and photos.
