Meet Elaina

While studying as an undergraduate, I spent a great deal of time learning about religion, theology, and ministry, which opened my eyes to recognizing the importance of spirituality from all walks of life, not just those familiar to me. Since then, I’ve earned a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry and a Master of Arts in Management and Organizational Leadership, both from Spring Arbor University. I then worked five years for my alma mater as secretary for registration and records and most recently as graduation audit coordinator. I am proud to have supported numerous leaders, students, and faculty there and look forward to bringing these skills to my work with the Institute.

My husband and I, both competitive powerlifters, look forward to getting to know the Kalamazoo community with our black golden doodle, Clarence.
