Our main campus, envisioned by John E. Fetzer,  is located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Surrounded by serene natural beauty, our Kalamazoo campus includes the Seasons Meeting and Retreat Center, a private, invite-only meeting space that provides a tranquil setting for individual contemplation and our communal work.

Our New York City office is a vibrant hub for innovation and outreach, strategically located in one of the world's most dynamic cities and the financial capital of the United States. This office engages with diverse funders, thought leaders, and philanthropic partners to advance our goal of connecting ever more philanthropic resources toward the field of faith and spirituality.

Located in one of the world’s major creative and cultural hubs, our LA office focuses on cultural transformation. This office connects us with media, arts, and partners who are key to promoting a culture where there is a fair and accurate portrayal of faith and spirituality. The LA office is a collaborative space that fosters partnerships and innovation, reshaping narratives around spirituality and social change.

In the 1990s, the Fetzer Institute invested in a public retreat center to nurture and provide space for every religious or spiritual journey. Situated in the peaceful countryside near Three Rivers, Michigan, GilChrist Retreat Center offers a sanctuary for those seeking solitude, spiritual renewal, and a deeper connection to the Sacred. With individual cabins and shared spaces for individual and group retreats, this retreat center is open to the public and invites guests to immerse themselves in nature and contemplative practices.
