For five years, The Fetzer Institute has brought together scholars and spiritual leaders from nine world religious traditions to explore a simple but profound idea: what happens when we listen to one another’s sacred stories?
The result is Retelling Sacred Stories: Our Journeys to a Shared Sacred Story, a landmark volume that gathers these diverse voices into a conversation about solidarity, shared flourishing, and care for the Earth. Each story reflects its tradition’s understanding of the Sacred while inviting us all into a larger story — one that honors each faith and opens the door to new ways of thinking about science, spirituality, and how we live together.
