I serve as the Director of Partnerships and Co-Investment Strategies at the Fetzer Institute, where I work at the intersection of philanthropy, faith and spirituality, and personal formation. As co-leader of the Ally Development team, I help cultivate relationships with institutional funders and philanthropic leaders who are exploring how love, faith and spirit, and deep values can animate their giving and their lives. My work centers on creating the conditions for meaningful encounter — through intimate gatherings, retreats, and convenings where funders and philanthropists are invited not just to collaborate, but to reflect. I believe that how we give is inseparable from who we are becoming, and that the philanthropic sector is most powerful when its leaders are tending to their inner lives alongside the collective work of societal transformation. Before joining Fetzer, I worked to connect philanthropists' deepest values and resources with mission-driven organizations across the nonprofit sector. I hold a degree in business from California State University, Long Beach. I live in New York City, where you can often find me training for half marathons, reading in the park, and cooking at home with my partner and our cat.
