Sections

Background

Native Organizers Alliance (NOA) is a national network dedicated to building power for Native communities through spiritual grounding and collective action.

By centering Indigenous values and sovereignty, NOA works alongside Tribes, grassroots organizers, and policymakers to protect sacred lands, natural resources, and Native rights.

Through organizing and advocacy, NOA creates a powerful movement for environmental justice and racial equity.

Initiative Overview

Founded in 2010, Native Organizers Alliance collaborates with Native Tribes and leaders to ensure that Indigenous voices are at the forefront of policy advocacy and environmental justice efforts. NOA’s work spans issues from protecting undeveloped lands to securing Medicaid reimbursements for Native doulas and leading get-out-the-vote efforts in Indian Country.

Our values-led approach empowers Native people to engage in political advocacy while preserving cultural and spiritual traditions.
