Living the New Story

This 24-page paper features the insights of Kate Olson, Ursula King, and Brother David Steindl-Rast. The three were participants in a sangama--a small group dialogue that aims at creating a shared vision—that had as its primary focus the consideration of a "new story” for humanity. In this paper,  Kate Olson provides the history and guiding principles of a sangama; Brother David offers five defining characteristics of the "new story;" and Ursula King, a scholar of comparative religion, conveys the broader cultural context and trends in which this story is emerging.
